DETAILS

The congress will take place on May 4 – 5, 2024 and will be held at Lazzoni Hotel. The hotel is 38 km from Istanbul airport and 48 km from Sabiha Gökçen Airport.

The stand area for interested companies will open on May 4, 2024 between 09:00-19:00. The stand set-up date will be May 3 at 18:00 and stand dismantling will be after May 5 at 19:00.

The invitation letter will be issued for the participants subject to the permission of the institution related to the participation of the congress.

In the participation of the congress, all participants must enter the stand area with the name badge that given to them during registration.

At the end of the congress, a participation certificate will be held for the participants.

• Congress registration cancellations shall be accepted in writing 1 week before the specified date and only to kongreler@lieraturmice.com.

• In the congress registration cancellation, all the amount except the bank transfer fee is refunded.

• No refund is made in the cancellations made after the dates specified in the first article.

• All cancellation repayments will made after the congress.
